الوصف الوظيفي

Job Description:
• Manage the communications between the clients and the company.
• Understand and collect the clients’ interests, demographics and information.
• Handle clients’ complaints, take the ownership and solve it with other departments.
• Give the clients the required support to facilitate their shopping experience.
• Build good relationship with clients and facilitate their transactions with the company.
• Promote and sell our products to the interested clients.
• Follow up with clients to get their feedback after receiving their products.
• Help in surveys to get their feedback on a specific issue required by management.
• Meet the clients and explain to them the company policies, receive products from the sellers and handover products to the buyers.
• Work is on rotational shifts basis, the normal shift is from Saturday to Thursday from 10:00 to 18:00 and work has to be done from the company’s premises, and other shifts employee could do it from home.
