Our Consulting practice currently focuses on several core industry sectors including (Consumer and Industrial Products & Services, Energy, Utilities & Mining, Financial Services, Government, Health Industries, Finance Function, People and Organisations, and Technology)Business Unit OverviewThe Financial Services Consulting team provides a full range of services to our Banking & Financial Services clients, including Strategy and Revenue Growth (Entry strategy, Customer and analytics, Product portfolio analysis, Business plan development and Optimization of revenue generation), Operational excellence (Organization restructuring, Corporate governance development, Organisation transformation, Performance Management, Outsourcing & Shared Services strategies and Cost optimisation), Risk consulting (Risk appetite definition, Risk framework development, Risk reviews and alignment), Technology enablement (System selections, Implementation program management) and Analytics. We are a growing team and looking for dynamic, flexible, proactive and hardworking experienced consultants who have a passion for shaping financial services positively in the GCC over the coming years. We have a strong pipeline of large, transformational opportunities with our clients which will provide great opportunities for all our people to step up and play significant and rewarding ponsibilities:Key member of the team supporting in building out the Customer proposition for our Banking clients across MENAWorking with clients on Strategic Revenue Generation projects: Covers customer value propositions, segmentation, pricing, product development, customer and business strategy, marketing and sales effectiveness etc. Customer Experience: Focus on user experience, customer insights, social media impact assessments, channel mix strategy development, utilisation of Digital technology on user rating Model: Operating Model assessments and redesign with a customer focus, with supporting implementation roadmap documenting strategy through to ponsible for contributing to the sales and delivery of the Customer proposition, which includes contribution to research assessments, internal and external thought leadership, and training materials to support the wider PwC practice and drive our position as the leading Customer Advisory practice in the age and lead assignments including day-to- day follow up with project teams and ensuring client expectations are port engagements within the Financial Services consulting practice and ensure integrated concepts are taken to clients incorporating customer p up to date with current market trends , understanding the impact to our e an active role in championing the Customer proposition across the port engagements across the PwC MENA region on client work and internal initiatives as well as with international teams where appropriate, with travel paring updates and materials for the Senior team to help drive both internal and external discussions around Customer propositions and research lst working with and being an integral part of the Customer Strategy team, you will develop your understanding of the key themes in the market and in the region. You will work collaboratively with ancial Services experts to shape the future of our clients and to bring about positive change. You will have access to all of the latest training and development tools and the support of the wider PwC uirements:Education: Bachelors degree from a reputable rs of Experience: 5 - 9 years of experience in Financial Services field. Strong experience in Retail and Commercial depth previous experience with a Revenue growth and customer imum 4 years of experience within a professional services vious experience in consulting/ banking ellent organisational skills, having the ability to prioritise work load whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight ven IT skills in Excel, Word and Power guage Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), particularly ability to articulate concepts and recommendations in written form (PowerPoint reports, charts etc.).The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project ong capability to lead sales and manage ong ability to manage large project/ consulting teams (5+).Demonstrated track record in development and implementation of practical solutions to complex strategic ven strong analytical uld have gained previous experience in managing staff and the ability to demonstrate leadership ong portfolio / program/ project management demonstrate strong project management f starter and works well under iliar with banking landscape and product erstands key customer interactions within an iliar with new technologies and tools in the market, specifically customer related information and customer fortable with change and learning new things, working outside of comfort ong report writing skills and ability to articulate complex pieces of information for senior stakeholders in a visual lity to research and source information from third party providers.
