Marketing Director

الوصف الوظيفي

• Create, Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
• Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
• Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, promotional activities or trade shows, digital marketing,, working with developers, advertisers, and PR.
• Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
• Conduct economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products or services.
• Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings.
• Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
• Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
• Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
• Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
• Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
• Completes marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and
assigning employees (in correlation with the HR); following up on work results.
• giving Training and Teaching Others — Identifying the educational needs of others, developing formal educational or training programs .
• Provide Consultation and Advice to Others by Providing guidance and expert advice to management or other groups
• Recommend modifications to products, packaging, production processes, or other characteristics to improve the environmental soundness or sustainability of products. Green Task Statement
• Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
