Ads Account Manager

الوصف الوظيفي

As an advertising account executive, you'll work within an online advertising portal, acting as a link between the agency and its clients and the users.
You'll be responsible for managing clients’ accounts and coordination of advertising campaigns and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved. You will be also be known as an account’s manager.
It is vital to understand the needs of your clients, which you'll learn through liaising closely with them throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis. You'll also manage administrative and campaign work to ensure that advertising projects are completed on time and on budget. You’ll also look at the marketing team and make sure they’re achieving their targets assigned to them to ensure the increase of the clients and the quality of work being done.
Responsibilities
As an advertising account executive, you'll need to:

  • Meet with clients to discuss and devise identify their advertising requirements and
    advertising campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget.

  • Establish relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business
    relationships with existing clients.

  • Make pitches, with the aim of securing new business for the agency. Negotiate close the
    deals with clients for campaigns and inventory

  • Act as the link between, the client and the advertising agency by maintaining regular
    contact with both and ensure that communication flows effectively

  • Achieve the targets for locking down deals with Clients.

  • Keep track of the users and help bringing in users along with client with help of marketing
    team.

  • Identifying accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’
    customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.

  • Monitoring work performance of colleagues and setting sales targets.
    Recruiting and training new account executives.

  •  
    • Although you'll generally be office-based, travel within the working day is frequent as you’ll
      be expected to visit clients.
