وظيفة Business Development Manger في الرياض في شركة SMAAT
Conducts or participate in market feasibility studies to map the competitive landscape of new areas into which SMAAT could potentially venture and identifies and evaluates financial feasibility of expanding into new areas and coordinates with the Strategy & Planning to prepare a business plan.
Coordinate market research to identify trends in customer behaviour, market position & competitor product activities and recommend suitable actions to ensure products are competitive.
Participate in studies new markets (E.g. Oman, UAE, Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Sudan etc.) to develop Company’s knowledge and understanding of competitive landscape in digital marketing. Also develops insights on regulatory mechanisms of these countries.
Identify key trends on a local / regional / global scale - keep abreast of market developments and communicate as required with rest of client engagement team.
Develops & maintains strong awareness of industry trends, market intelligence, competitor moves and exploits opportunities as appropriate.
Develop new business opportunities, business alliances and partnerships to increase SMAAT revenue, profits, and market share.
Proactively network with market peers and the business community to generate opportunities and ideas.
Recommends enhancement in business networks & alliances with existing & potential clients and explores opportunities for enhancing products & services.
Conduct regular client profiling to recognize the needs of clients, better segment the market and identify business development opportunities.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s leadership team. Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Mange efforts with potential clients including negotiations until the closing of the agreement. Ensure all contracts and/or agreements are reviewed & approved accordingly.
Good track record in business development in a digital marketing environment.
Good business insight into digital media and market trends
Good knowledge in developing business plans & feasibility studies
Professional knowledge in developing presentations
Excellent track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation skills. Capability to put across points of view convincingly and effectively.
Very good knowledge in analytical skills
Very good people management skills
Advanced and effective communication skills in Arabic & English
